Savannah Ramirez
Savannah Ramirez is a passionate multi-instrumentalist and dedicated music educator with over a decade of teaching experience. Her musical journey began in 6th grade with the clarinet, quickly igniting her love for classical music and her competitive drive. She earned recognition in multiple young artist competitions, local Honor Bands, and Louisiana All-State ensembles.
Savannah earned her degree in Music Performance from Louisiana State University and later moved to The Woodlands in 2016 to pursue further studies at the University of Houston. She has had the privilege of studying under esteemed clarinetists including Jan Scott, Deborah Chodacki, and Mark Nuccio.
An active performer, Savannah has played with the Woodlands Symphony Orchestra, The Woodlands Concert Band, and the Spring ISD Alumni Band. Most recently, she had the honor of performing alongside renowned jazz clarinetist Doreen Ketchens.
Savannah specializes in teaching clarinet at all levels and also offers beginner to intermediate instruction in saxophone and recorder. Her lessons are tailored to each student’s unique needs and goals, fostering musical growth through structure, good habits, and a lot of fun!
Outside the classroom, Savannah enjoys reading, singing karaoke, gaming, and spending time with her dog, Gizmo. She is thrilled to join muse mantra as a Clarinet and Saxophone Instructor.
