School Policies
1) Tuition
At muse mantra, we take pride in hiring outstanding teachers in their respective fields. Every instructor on our team is experienced, skilled, and committed to providing high-quality lessons.
Your tuition reserves an exclusive weekly spot on our schedule. That time is held just for you, which means it is not offered to other students and we are committed to teaching you at that specific day and time. While we do our best to keep students with the same teacher for continuity, we cannot guarantee that a student will remain with the same teacher indefinitely.
We offers bi-annual recitals and bi-annual concerts for students at an additional cost. These events are optional, but we highly encourage every student to participate and celebrate their progress.
Accounts past due for more than 7 days may be placed on hold and lessons may be offered to students on our waitlist.
Most books and materials are provided by muse mantra and will be billed to the credit card or ACH bank account on file.
2) Missed Lessons
If a student misses a scheduled lesson, they are welcome to attend a free 1-hour Group Makeup Lesson held on Sundays.

If a teacher becomes unavailable, muse mantra will provide a substitute teacher when possible. If a substitute is not available, a private makeup lesson will be scheduled.
3) Holidays & Events
Muse Mantra closes for certain major holidays throughout the year.
There are no makeups for planned holidays/events or for 1–2 inclement weather days per year. Tuition is based on a 48-week year (approximately 4 lessons per month across 12 months).
Some months will include 5 lessons, and those extra lessons help balance holiday closures. We guarantee at least 48 lessons per year.

4) Withdrawal Notice
If a student needs to withdraw from lessons, please provide written notice (email or text) before the next auto-draft date.
Once we receive your notice, muse mantra will cancel upcoming billing.
There is no long-term contract and tuition is month-to-month. There is no penalty for withdrawing. Please note that we do not provide refunds or credits for lessons that have already been paid.
5) Parental Supervision
For our students’ safety and your peace of mind, each classroom is equipped with a state-of-the-art video and audio streaming system that allows parents/guardians to view lessons in real time on a smartphone or tablet.
This gives you the flexibility to wait in your car or run a quick errand while still having on-demand access to your child’s lesson.
Parents and guardians are also always welcome to wait in the lobby during lessons.
